At Cuna, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep. We strive to ensure timely deliveries and a hassle-free return process, so you can shop with confidence. Below, you will find all the details regarding our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Peak periods may extend processing to up to 5 business days. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST process the next business day.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Estimates

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, we only ship Domestic United States and Puerto Rico. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at help@cunababy.com

Gift Cards

Valid for online use only. Not redeemable for cash. Not replaceable if lost or stolen. Expire 6 months from issuance. 


Preorders

Processing times vary (e.g., 3-4 weeks). Cannot be cancelled or modified. Ship together with full order unless split shipping is purchased. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Cuna is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file any claims for incorrect / undelivered packages. Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery will be issued store credit minus original shipping and return costs. 


Important note: Shipping costs are non refundable. If a return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, original shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit.
